About Me

I’ve spent my career helping businesses grow by improving the systems behind the work.

A big part of how I think comes from having worked in both sales and marketing. It’s taught me to care not just about generating demand, but about what happens next, how leads flow, how teams align, how systems support execution, and how growth actually happens in practice.

Sometimes that’s looked like marketing strategy. Sometimes it’s meant sales systems, customer journeys, SEO, UX, or team alignment. Increasingly, it’s meant connecting strategy, execution, and technology in ways that make the work clearer, smarter, and more effective.

That’s the thread through almost everything I do.

I’m especially interested in what happens when good ideas break down in the real world: when incentives are off, when teams are misaligned, when tools create more friction than clarity, or when a business keeps pushing for growth without fixing the system underneath it.

That curiosity shows up in both my work and my content.
